This Eco Friendly complex consists of 8 double rooms of chalet type units plus 5 room bungalow with A/C facilities, large restaurant and entertainment area.
Visitors to Kalundewa are greeted by high misty mountains with lush green forest cover and the unspoilt environment displays vibrant colour full of fresh soothing air to aid recovery. A batsmen friendly cricket pitch is also available with a large well turfed open area for soft ball cricketers.

One could explore the surrounding environment either walking, trekking, hiking or mountain biking the forest trails. The city of Dambulla lies approximately 148 kilometers (roughly 91 miles) to the Northeast of the Sri Lankan capital, Colombo.
At the top of the list of things to do in Dambulla is the Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla. Comprised of 5 caves and a picturesque facade carved into the side of a steep rock face, the Dambulla Cave Temple houses ancient statues and paintings depicting the Buddha and his life.
