Where we take you


1st day - Arrival / Colombo


NKAR representative will welcome you at the Airport. Proceed to Colombo and check in to the hotel.


Colombo is the commercial capital of Sri Lanka – it is the traditional gateway to the Orient. Colombo which has a population of over a million distributed over fifteen zones, has three main zones, each of which has a distinctive character. The Fort, the centre of metropolitan activity, the Pettah the bustling bazaar area and the old Cinnamon Gardens, now fashionably known as Colombo 7 with its spacious mansions and better residential areas.

Evening at leisure and overnight stay at the hotel.

2nd day – Colombo


After breakfast proceed for shopping. If you interested, Colombo is a place for you to have a city tour with its modern and historical blend. There are places like Museum, Dutch Hospital, BMICH, Independence Square, Clock tower, Galle face etc to visit.

3rd day – Colombo ( Excursions to Kandy / Kitulgala / Beach area – Hikkaduwa / Galle / Bentota)


Full day on leisure. But we would like to offer you few excursions like visiting Kandy/ Down South Beaches etc to get more experience in Sri Lanka.


Kandy 115 km from Colombo, Sri Lanka’s picturesque highland capital, last stronghold of Sri Lankan kings against European conquest from the 16 th to the 19 th centuries. It is the sanctuary of traditional culture, and the island’s most visited tourist resort.

Kandy ‘s main attraction is the Dalada Maligawa, the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha brought to Sri Lanka in the 4 th century AD. This sacred relic has ever since been the symbol of sovereignty for its rulers and is always enshrined in great splendor. If you are visiting Kandy during July-August the Esala Perahera is definitely a must see. Termed as Asia’s grandest pageant, this spectacular annual event is held to honour the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha and to obtain blessings of the guardian deities of Sri Lanka.


Galle was once the chief port of Sri Lanka. It is still well known for hand-made lace. You can also visit the Galle Fort (spanning 90 acres) which was originally built by the Portuguese and later extended by the Dutch in 1663. This is also a World Heritage Site.

Also Galle is famous for golden beaches.

After site seeing go back to Colombo and overnight stay at the same hotel in Colombo.

4th day – Departure


After breakfast proceed to the airport for the departure.
